The report card
The report card expresses the employee’s health in four major categories (blood pressure, cholesterol, weight and diabetes risk) using letter grades (A,B,C,D,E,F). The report card makes understanding the results easy by explaining, in simple terms, what each measure means and how it affects an individuals health.
Health tweaks
Our on-site team can help to motivate employees during the employee health check by showing them how making positive changes to their measures such as weight, blood pressure or even giving up smoking will impact their scores.
In addition to receiving their personal report card, employees can also login to our confidential website from home or work and view their health report on-line.
Employee health reporting
The company is provided with an aggregated business report which allows you to quickly assess the health of any segment of your organization. The business report begins by assigning letter grades to five major health categories (blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, weight and cholesterol) and indicating visually which segments of your population are at the greatest risk for chronic disease.
The report also provides summary data from previous employee health assessments, making it easy for you to quickly identify potential risk trends in specific segments of your population. Armed with this knowledge, you will be better positioned to make informed decisions regarding where your organization’s wellness dollars will have the greatest impact.
